Since there has been some interest in figgering out where the Hoodlums live, I thought I'd add this little tool. It will help folks figure out how many Hoodlums live near them so they can plan get togethers and other events.

If you have another moment perhaps you can add a pin to the Hoodlum map here

How does PR and the VI get lumped in with NY and NJ which are 1500 miles away?

Looking at the results of voting so far (which is woefully under-representative of Hoodlum population, BTW) it firstly appears to show a pretty even spread of population across the States

I can understand the fairly low representation of high-density population zones, but some of the Western States are also a hair over 4%. Is that just a glitch so far, or is it just the really low pop densities?
