Hammock/sleep Gear Weights With Seasons/temp

I thought you guys might like this.

My pack is lightest right about "now" because I can use a net-less hammock when there are less bugs <img src='http://hoodswoods.net/IVB/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Good info. I'm thinking bout my sleep system for an October trip. Gotta work on concepts for using my Kifaru Woobie with a Thermarest. Which sleeping clothes to wear also. In the past, I had challenges using just a blanket but I may be able to over come those with some planning. Been thinking about Ron's fire bed instructions also.

Ron talked about a head hole in one of his videos. I might experiment with that. Seems to be a small firebed. That may be all I need. I will have a Thermarest beneath me, so if the firebed is too hot, I will be OK. I need to review that video again.

I think it might have been 'Navigation and Travel' but I'm not positive. Ron and Karen were filming near a bombing range and at one point he slept sitting up next to a rock- I think that's where he used it.
