Drool all you want, bro. If you can stand to have all that weight on one shoulder, go for it! I can't abide that, so I always used a backpack.

I'm with Bill on the single strap.  A bunch of weight on just one shoulder gets tiring quick.  You find yourself constantly shifting and adjusting and I find those type bags to be less stable when going through rough areas.

I see a number of uses for the bag, but not for a long term situation.  It's the type of bag I might use to travel from my truck to the deer blind, which even then, I normally tote a backpack with my various comfort/hunting items.
