Magnifying Glass
#1
Broke the handle off my magnifying glass. I have it set in leather now. I was going to put it in a simple slide case but every time I look at it I think a pouch might be nice.

If anyone has one I would like to see what they did . Will post what I end up with next weekend. I think I might break the handle off another one (by accident) and do a couple different ones.

Sounds like a great idea.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with Dean

It's bound to be interesting.

Hopefully the S won't HTF and I pray every day that it won't. It would not be fun.

Needed it for the weekend so I put on a quick slide on. Still thinking on how to finish it...

I like a 10x to 16x. But it depends on what I'm doing or where I'm at. Got a couple ideas for a smaller size lens. Will have to sketch it out.

Will have to get the smaller one out first and see what it can do...

Great leather work!

How about some pics of that knife... Size, maker, etc. I'd appreciate it!

I believe that fine blade is one of Dean's own making. A real craftsman! <img src='http://hoodswoods.net/IVB/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

It would be nice to see a pic. Dean??

The knife is one I made for a KITH (hand forged walnut scales). But my name got ate somewhere in the web. I liked it so I started edc it. It's been a year now. 3 1/4" blade & 3" handle. Might be time to try another one, but it's been a good carry.

Kind of got accustomed to it's feel. If I sold it I would have to get off me lazy bum and get another one finished... Though I should try and get some done for Wabbit Stick...

Nice job on the pouches for the magnifying glasses. Well done.
