My First Attempt At Cheese Making
Hello Good people

I have made my first ever batch of cheese! I know a couple who farm goats, and they gave me a gallon of fresh unpasteurized milk and a package of Chevre culture. We just followed the instructions carefully and ended up with about 2 lbs of very tasty spreadable cheese. If you have ever thought about doing this, it is really quite easy and I encourage you to give it a try.

Good job Bill. Done butter but never cheese. Might have to give it a go. (if you can do it)

Be careful, there's so many cheeses it might take a life time.
